Joe Tadlock
Chief
Administrative Officer
Mr. Tadlock is responsible for managing all support functions related to strategic
marketing, financial management systems, human resources initiatives and information
technology infrastructure. He works closely with the ANDREGG BIOS to develop and
implement new systems that support client satisfaction and successful completion
of project-related services.
Career Highlights
Mr. Tadlock joined ANDREGG GEOMATICS in 2004. He started his career
in construction-related engineering back in 1991 as a project
manager for a geotechnical and inspection firm. In 1998, he
joined the construction division of Dames & Moore as a
Vice President for the Sacramento office responsible for project
management of QC and QA related projects. In 2001, Mr. Tadlock
was selected to oversee recruitment, training and management
support for project managers in Santa Ana, San Diego, Sacramento
and Central California for URS, who had recently acquired Dames & Moore
Group Companies.
His previous background includes:
State Franchise Tax Board, Sacramento, CA: As the second largest
State office building constructed in the past 10 years in the Sacramento
Area, this project included 875,000 square feet of office buildings,
with a construction value exceeding $185 million. Mr. Tadlock provided
project management for the structural inspections.
City of Sacramento, Parking Garage “C”, Sacramento,
CA: This 10-story post-tensioned concrete structure provides
1,800 new parking spaces for the downtown area. Mr. Tadlock provided
project management support to address staffing approaches, quality
of workmanship, and contract document compliance.
Sacramento Regional Transit, South Corridor, Sacramento, CA: This
$39 Million project included a light rail extension program for
the South Sacramento Area. Mr. Tadlock provided project management
for special inspections and materials testing services and developed
a QC/QA program acceptable to Sacramento Regional Transit while
meeting federally funded project requirements.
Delta Energy Center, Pittsburg, CA: Mr. Tadlock
provided project management of special inspections, materials
testing and sub-contract services for this $450 Million, 880
megawatt (MW), natural gas-fired, combined cycle electric generation
facility.
