American Land
Title Association (ALTA) Surveys
ALTA surveys are often required
for commercial real estate transactions by financial institutions
and title insurance companies. They are performed to standards
prepared and adopted by the American Land Title Association
and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping “ALTA/ACSM”.
ANDREGG GEOMATICS uses conventional and aerial mapping along
with the current title report for the legal description and
easements to prepare a comprehensive survey of the property.
